City of Eugene Ignores State Law on Camping

by Alexis Weisend | OREGON LAW REQUIRES A LOCAL AGENCY THAT DELIVERS SOCIAL SERVICES TO HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS BE INFORMED WHERE AND WHEN A 72-HOUR NOTICE IS POSTED. BUT EUGENE IS LOOKING THE OTHER WAY.
